Problem:
Few users have experienced problems in searching for a metal.
After they select
the 'metal' or 'form' the page does not show what they selected and loads the previous page.
Solution:
If you are experiencing similar problems, please check the following setting in your
Internet Explorer settings.
Click on Tools >> Internet Options
Click on "Settings" button under "Browsing History" item in the "General" tab
Click on "(*) Every time I visit the webpage" radio button in the "Temporary Internet Files and History Settings" window as shown in the image below
This should solve the problem.
